宝塚を退団されて、現在は女優として活躍中の
大好きだったスターさんと京都駅付近ですれ違った事があります。

ドラマ撮影の合間だったようですが、周りに誰もおらず、

あまりの衝撃に完全に固まってしまいました

モリさんです。
以前、
彼女の話を書きましたが、実は彼女の隣の席がモリさんです。
モリさんは発毛教室ＧＨＡの関係者にも関わらず、
彼女以上に食生活が・・・
そんなモリさんに若干変化が見られました。
モリさん曰く
「菓子パンが食べられなくなりました
」
先日、モリさんにほぼ無理やり読むように押し付けた、
ユカさんも紹介しているこの本の影響らしいです。
特にこの本に書かれている、危険な油
「トランス脂肪酸」の辺りを読んでとのこと。
「トランス脂肪酸」は植物油などを水素添加という方法で
無理やりに形を変えたものです。
この「トランス脂肪酸」アメリカのニューヨーク市において
飲食店において使用が禁止になったり、
ヨーロッパでは削減運動が推進されたりと、
危険性が叫ばれている油です。
その代表的なものとしてマーガリンがありますが、
それ以外にも名前を変えて、様々な食品に使われています。
原材料名に
「ショートニング」「加工油脂」「ファットスプレット」などの記載があれば、
それらはすべてトランス脂肪酸を大量に含んでいる可能性があります。
もちろん、菓子パンだけでなく、様々な加工食品にこれらが入っている可能性があります。
ちょっと注意をして原材料名の表示に、目を向けてみてください
